These terms set out how your WinSpin account works, from eligibility and verification through to bonus rules, payment handling and fair play. By registering, you agree to them in full.
Who can open a WinSpin account
You must be at least 18 years old to register a WinSpin account. We verify age and identity as part of our standard checks, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, with deposits returned and any winnings voided. You must also be a genuine UK resident playing for yourself, not on behalf of another person, and you may hold only one account with us. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under a different name, address or payment method, will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds across those accounts forfeited.
By registering, you confirm that the funds you deposit are your own and that online gambling is lawful where you reside. You are responsible for checking local rules if you play from outside the UK.
Account verification
We may ask you to confirm your identity, address and payment method at any point, not only before a withdrawal. This typically means a government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address and, where relevant, a screenshot or statement showing the card or account used to fund your wallet. Verification protects you as much as it protects us: it is how we stop someone else from accessing your account or cashing out your balance. Withdrawals are paused until checks are complete, so we recommend verifying documents early rather than waiting until you want to cash out.
Bonus terms
Our welcome package and ongoing promotions carry their own wagering requirements, game weightings, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry windows. Breaching a bonus condition, for example staking above the maximum bet limit or using a banned strategy such as covering both sides of a roulette table, entitles us to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
Deposits and withdrawals
We support the payment methods listed on our Payments page, including Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), Revolut and bank transfer. Withdrawals are paid back to the same method used to deposit wherever possible, which is a standard anti-fraud control across UK-facing casinos, not a WinSpin-specific restriction. We reserve the right to request additional source-of-funds information for unusually large withdrawals before releasing payment.

Fair play and game rules
Every slot, table game and live dealer title on WinSpin runs on software supplied by independent providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, NoLimit City and Play'n GO. Outcomes are generated or dealt by these providers under their own certification and testing, not adjusted by WinSpin. If a game disconnects mid-round due to a technical fault, any stake for that round is typically voided or the round is resumed from the recorded game state, depending on the provider's own disconnection policy.
We log all bets, outcomes and payouts. In the rare case of a software error, for example a mispriced payout table or a display glitch, we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct balances, with players notified directly.
Account suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of banned software such as bots or autoplay scripts designed to exploit a promotion, or a breach of these terms. Where responsible gambling tools are in use, including self-exclusion or deposit limits set via our Responsible Gambling page, those settings are honoured exactly as requested and cannot be reversed early by contacting support alone.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, payment methods or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be flagged on this page or communicated directly to registered players. Continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the revised terms.
